RENTAL INFORMATION
MULTIPURPOSE ROOM:
Wedding Receptions/Reunions
(ANY Friday or Saturday Rental)
$500.00 day/night of event
$200.00 Deposit required when contract signed- will be returned upon inspection of
the premises AFTER your event
$75.00 rental to decorate the night before your event- all day before your event $150.00
$75.00- 4 hrs for day following your event (such as gift opening) $150.00 for full day
OTHER rental circumstances
(Sunday-Thursday Rental):
$150/4 hours (min. rental) -$25 each additional hour of rental
$200 deposit required when contract is signed- will be returned upon inspection of premises AFTER your event.
MEETING ROOM:
$50.00/4 hrs (min. rental)- $10 each additional hour of rental
$50 deposit required when contract is signed- will be returned upon inspection of premises after your event.
Rental fee is required two weeks prior to your event. If it is not received 2 weeks prior to your event- then CASH will be required.
ALCOHOL POLICY
You MAY serve alcoholic beverages but you may NOT sell any alcoholic beverages.
You are responsible for those consuming the alcohol and must assure that they are of legal drinking age as your contract states.
Return Check fee $25.00
Tablecloths available to rent $3.00 each
Cancellation needs to be at least 60 days prior to your event.
If not cancelled prior to 60 days your deposit will not be refunded.
